  • First Grade Arrival & Dismissal – Door A
  • The school day starts at 8:10 AM and ends at 2:30 PM. Please make sure your child comes to school on time.
  • First grade Lunch is from 11:19 AM – 11:45 AM; Students have Recess from 11:45 AM – 12:09 PM
  • Please review and return your child’s Homework everyday; please clean out your child’s daily folder each day.

Into Reading: Unit 10 – Dare to Dream

Focus: Students will recognize that good things can happen when a person is brave enough to try something new. They will read about inventors, architects, and others who have been brave and tried new things.

Essential skills: topic and central idea, retell, setting, research: present information

Focus:

Students will be able to write an essay about someone who inspires them.
